Exploit the full value of your data
In January 2025, we will be merging WeDoWind with our "Blueprint for an inclusive open innovation ecosystem" and launching our new digital platform! The new-look WeDoWind will help you exploit the full value of your data by:
- Connecting you with open data, code, lecture material, information models, best practices and guidelines for using and publishing code and data.
- Providing you with opportunities to develop code and reference methods collaboratively or in competition with each other, to co-create information models and to work on best practices and guidelines collaboratively.
- Connecting you with like-minded people, and potential project partners, employees or employers.
At 16:00 CET on Jan. 17th, 2025, we will introduce the new-look WeDoWind in our launch webinar with the following programme:
- 10' Welcome and introduction
- 10' Presentation of the Blueprint
- 20' Demonstration of the new platform
- 20' Q&A and your inputs
Generate real value and actionable insights
WeDoWind empowers communities to define best practices and reference methods, create community-agreed ontologies, schemas and standards, publish new open data sets and code, publish or access teaching resources, and offers showcasing opportunities for recruiting.
Transform your data wrangling time from 80% to 20%
You can contribute and benefit as follows:
- If you are a data / asset owner, researcher, data scientist, lecturer, student, platform developer or data analyst you can share data and knowledge via WeDoWind "challenges", share teaching and lecture materials, or test different data science platforms for developing and comparing code.
- If you are a domain expert or a knowledge / data engineer you can co-develop and publish information models such as data models, ontologies and taxonomies.
- If you are a data and code owner and/or user, a domain expert, or a knowledge / data engineer you can work on guidelines and best practice documents for publishing open-source code and data.
- If you are a data or code user you can develop best practice documents and open-source code for data and code users.
- If you are a job seeker, you can create a nice personal profile and get active in the communities to get noticed.
- If you are a recruiter, or are looking for new team members, interns, or project partners, you can directly contact people who have shown interesting activity.
